Michael has also drafted guides and manuals for use by employers in training their managers to create and maintain a work-environment free of violence. Michael is passionate about guiding employers on the practical aspects of the law so as to provide them with the tools necessary to implement programs that are not only manageable, but are also effective in increasing productivity in the workplace and shielding employers from potential liability.
